Tonight's dinner is tonkatsu. Its basically like my previous chicken katsu post but its made with thin boneless pork chops. I love panko bread crumbs and they are so worth it. it always leave your meal with a amazing crispy crunch cuz no one like soggy fried food. yuck.

* the only thing i cant stress enough is to make sure you season your meat very well as the panko is flavorless.*

With tonights dinner i let the kids pick the sides so nothing special just some mac n cheese and frozen veggies.
