Pork.. Its whats for dinner.

Well the boyfriend pulled out some thin boneless pork chops so its what we had for dinner and OMG it was so good. These are fork tender and cook up pretty quick. It also makes plenty of the sauce so you could serve that over rice or potatoes but the kids wanted corn and mac n cheese so we didnt do that tonight. Also if your anti-pork this is great on chicken or even turkey cutlets. I havent tried it with ribs but i bet it would be great on that to.

I have 2 EXTREMELY picky eaters and the pork chops were the first thing gone off their plates thats how great they are.

(For 8 thin chops half this )

1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste

1.Roll them in a flour mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

2.In skillet heat a little oil and menced garlic

3.Add the pork chops and sear on both sides

4.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

5.Mix together the ketchup, cola and brown sugar.

6.Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well.

7.Bake for about 30-60 min depending on the thickness of the pork chop.
