8 Toasted marshmallow brownies.

Walking the isles of the grocery store while your hungry is never a good thing. And how i wound up in the baking section is really beyond me but there it was right before my eyes. A big discount sticker. 5/$5 on the toasted marshmallow fluff. Now i have seen this many times but never tried it and for a buck i figured its a good a time as any. So i grabbed 5 containers and headed down the lane before i came to my senses.

When i got home i started thinking ok what can i make with this stuff that wont be to sickening sweet. I love chocolate and desserts but theres a such thing as to sweet and rich for me. (gag) I decided on a toasted marshmallow brownie and boy was it good.

Mix your batter per directions on the box. I like a simple milk chocolate.
Get it all nice and smooth.
While mixing the batter i took the lid off the toasted fluff and heated it about 30 seconds in the microwave.
Pour half the batter in your pan, then plop globs of marshmallow down, and pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake as per directions. I do pull mine out a little early as i like a more fudgy, chewy, soft brownie.
Plate and eat or just eat it out of the pan i wont tell :)
This would also be really good with ice cream but mine didn't make it that far.
Check your local store for the toasted marshmallow fluff it is really good and makes the brownies so yummy and decadent. If you cant find it you could use the regular fluff. I'm sure it would be just as good. You could even through in some walnuts or if you like your sweets over the top try adding in some chocolate chips or candy pieces.
