Garlic Ribs & Potatoes

The following guest post is from Lady Geek.

What you need:
13x9 pan
Boneless ribs
Garlic 5-7 cloves or to taste
Paprika to taste
Seasoning salt to taste
Potatoes 2-3 ( I used yellow, but red potatoes work just as well)
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut potatoes into 1" sections
Mash garlic then mince
*you can use already minced garlic, but I
prefer the taste of freshly chopped garlic*
Add garlic to pan with potatoes
Cut boneless ribs into chunks, add to pan
Add olive oil *I only added enough to coat
everything so the seasoning would stick and
have about 1/4" in the bottom of the pan*
Add seasonings and mix together.

Place in oven uncovered for 28 minutes. Stir everything around halfway through
the time.
Pork should be either completely white to the middle, or very lightly pink in the
very Center.

Please note: the way I was taught to cook,
everything was "to taste". I don't remember
ever measuring anything until I lived on my
own and tried my hand at boxed meals. I
apologise for the lack of measurements, but
that's how I cook. Thank you. :)
