Mouth Watering Chicken Nuggets

These chicken nuggets are by far the best. There is a hint of sweetness to the batter that pairs perfectly with honey mustard. So good your gonna kick yourself you didnt find them sooner.


1 package of bonless chicken tenders or breast, cut into bite sized pieces

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lawrys all purpose seasoning
3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Prepare dry flour mix, and heat oil in skillet or fryer. I use a fryer filled with canola oil at about 375 dgree.
coat all the chicken pieces and place into fryer basket. Cook about 5 minutes or til done. Remove to drain on a paper towl coverd plate.

It really is that simple.
