Stuffed garlic bread meatballs

I found this idea on pinterest but there are so many variations out there. The concept however remains the same. You are stuffing a biscuit with a meatball and cheese. How simple and delicious is that.

1 can Pillsbury golden layers biscuits - each pulled into 2 layers
10 frozen fully cooked meatballs cut in half. I use my own meatball recipe for this but you can just buy store bought.
2 sticks string cheese - cut each into 10 pieces.
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder

1. Start with a half of the biscuit, place a half a meatball and some cheese on top and fold the dough around and pinch. Forming a stuffed ball. Repeat with remaining pieces.

2. Brush with butter and sprinkle with italian season and garlic powder or salt.

3. Bake as per directions for biscuits.

These were a HUGE hit with my kids. They will eat anything as long as its stuffed in a small portable package.
If you try these let me know how they do in your house.
