Ok no excuses starting right now. No matter what you have done in the past or what your currently doing now put all the reasons behind you, all those problems that stood in your way and all those that keep you from reaching your goals. Now is the time to make it happen and we will do it together. The first part is getting your mind right and making yourself accountable which is why I am posting this here instead of just doing it on my own.
We have already seen some really hot days and its gonna get hotter so just imagine in 30 days how far you can come to being more confident and toned. I will give you a little back story on me so you know I have just as many reasons not to do this but I'm going to anyway.
I'm 32 and have 2 kids.
I have pretty much 5 jobs that keep me busy and run ragged.
I have some anxiety issues that make daily life challenging.
I have a major sleep disorder so i never get more than 4 hours of sleep and I'm always exhausted.
I'm dehydrated and don't sweat a lot and tend to over heat and get dizzy.
I'm sure I could come up with more "excuses" but that should just about sum it up. So lets get started. I have already dropped almost 30 pounds since xmas and have about 30 more to go. I do go to a gym and take some exercise classes but in addition to that I'm starting the Squat Challenge & Ab Challenge. I do hope you will join in.
Will my ass ever look like her??? No. Will my abs ever look like thiers??? No
But Can I be swim suit ready in 30 days or less? I don't know but I'm gonna try like hell.
